Remedial Massage

Full body treatment that uses a range of massage techniques aiming to assist repair of damage to muscles tendons and joints from everyday use.

Deep Tissue, Sports

A strong, deep massage aimed to directly address areas of muscle tension. This may be helpful for muscle spasms, neck, shoulder or back pain. Can be tailored to concentrate on the muscles relevant to your sport/activity or problem area. Deep tissue massage can sometimes cause soreness during and for a short period after treatment but this is all considered part of the natural healing process. Sports massage focuses on the area of the body that is in the greatest use for that particular person.

Swedish

A gentle and soothing manipulation of the muscles. Swedish massage aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation and relieve stress and tension by calming sensory nerves.

Bowen Therapy / Fascial Kinetics

Bowen Therapy focuses on connective tissue called fascia, which surrounds and connects to every structure throughout the body.

It is important for Clients to drink adequate quantities of water after a Bowen treatment to ensure the effectiveness and long lasting results of the treatment.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the belief that all parts of the body are reflected on specific areas of the feet.

A combination of pressure techniques are used on these reflex points, aiming to restore balance from the ground up.

TREAT YOUR FEET!

Reflexology aims to promote relaxation, body balance & stability, reduce stress, improve circulation, relieve pain and more.
